    I have heard some rumors that we might have our first flakes early next week. true?

    Not quite.  Lows will be in the 40s and highs will be in the 60's.  Earlier model runs had us much cooler than this by early next week, but for now it appears the colder air will hold off just a little longer. Stay tuned though...
