What are the winter predictions for 09'-10'?

Alot of the forecasts I see are for colder and snowier winter.  I think Henry's forecast might be a stretch, but it does seem most are predicting an avg to above avg winter for snowfall and below avg for temps.

 

I am curious to what others locally are thinking.

 

just realized its hard to read the cut and paste section for snowfall predictions.  Our average is 23in and he is predicting 40in.

Wow, 40 inches.

I remember Tony Sands predicting we would have several blizzards the year after the Blizzard of '78, of course he was doing this as part of someone's advertisements for 4 wheel drive vehicles.
