Here in West Chester, I'd venture a guess that we got about 4.5"- 5" altogether between 11pm - 3:30am. The lightning was like a constant barrage of fireworks exploding overhead. I've seen frequent lightning flashes before, but nothing like that. It was literally non-stop.
My mom lives in West Hamilton - on a hill, at that - and she had a few inches of water standing in her yard, as well as a couple of inches in her basement when the sump pump was overloaded. She still has no power.
