Okay. I have returned from the park and have replayed the broadcast. Now there is jurisdiction law brought into this. Meaning, according to what David said, the remains may have been dumped in Backen County and not Mason County. If this is the case, then Bracken County would need to prosecute. Need the witness from where they turned around in his driveway to come forward. Only real way to know which county since she may get out on a technicallity. It makes me mad. I just wish that they would just admit that they umped too quick to give Amy a deal and look at why Amy went to the police - bc David rejected her, not out of guilt- and just let the other states do what they feel they need to do.
I normally do not vote; however, I will have to vote this next time around. No matter what county I will be living in. What the Carroll's and Amy did is why the system is so hard on family members having custody of relatives. And the family members do not even get the benefits that they got.
