Re: Death of dog prosecuted, death of child not

I certainly mean Eastgatetax (EGT) no disrespect here, however… her version of this event has not been verified by one credible source.  She stated that she would provide me with this woman’s name but has yet to deliver on that promise.  The two sources I found (certainly not credible by any means) seem to severely contradict her version.  These sites, cbincubator.org and skeptikone.blogspot.com, (hereinafter known as ‘sites’) are both dedicated to bewailing the fact that blacks are not treated fairly by our legal system.  Clearly we should be able to see where their bias lies.

A comparison of the discernable facts on these sites to eastgatetax’s (EGT’s)version shows the following inconsistencies.  A)  EGT – The woman had no knowledge that the dog was in her yard.  .  Sites – The woman’s brother asked her for permission (and received it) to keep the dog at her house.  .  B)  EGT – The dog was in the yard for only one day.  .  Sites – The dog had obviously been there for some time.  .  C)  EGT – The woman was hauled off in handcuffs.  .  Sites – The woman was cited to court.  .  D)  EGT - Her children were placed in temporary foster care.  .  Sites – Entirely omit this detail.  .  E)  EGT – She never faced a judge until she was in jail for several days.  .  Sites – After 10 days of her 2-week sentence she faced the judge (for the second time).  .  F)  EGT – She was sentenced to time served.  .  Sites – She was released four days early from her two-week sentence.  .  G)  EGT – Her 10-year old nephew appeared in court and explained to the judge that he had put the sick dog in his aunt’s yard without telling her on his way to school, and had planned to come back after it later.  .  Sites – Do not mention this ‘nephew’.  (I do not dispute that the nephew may have appeared in court and gave these details to the judge.  If he did, he very well may have committed perjury in an attempt to clear his aunt of these charges.  Certainly his story would contradict the apparent facts of the case).

These are extremely disturbing differences.  Do not accept either of these versions as ‘fact’ without additional information.  I implore eastgatetax to prove her facts or remove her story.
