    why can't reporters talk right?

The story last night on the Mt Orab cemetary. I wanted to shake the sh** out of that woman! She kept talking about the removed "momentoes." The word is mementoes, lady, only one o in it at the end of the word. It is pronounced MUH-mento. A momento. is a Spanish moment. Or maybe even minute; it's been a long time since I knew that. Granted, a MUH-mento is something to capture a moment, but the words are:

    2 different words

    2 different meanings

    2 different languages.

Educated newspeople SHOULD know the difference.

Except, oh yeah, education doesn't mean learning anything these days, does it? NUt that's a whole 'nother rant.

Hmmm...don't forget the typo's that scroll at the bottom of the television screen every newscast. Have they cancelled ALL of the editing classes at the University level?

    just an opinion.....

Dang, Tim. Didn't your mama teach you not to talk with your mouth full?
