Did you know that for all the crap that police and everyone tells you abt the rights that your teen has , there are no rights for them if the police want to question them. There is two sets of laws,onee for you and one for the police. If the police take your teen into the jail or whatever to question them, they do not have to inform them of their rights or give them the miranda. Mason pd kept a youth four hours and questioned him before they let him call his parents, this is bull and should be stopped. ihave a grandson in jd now because of this form of questioning and he is only 13 yrs old, speak up now./////////
