I was only 5 years old but my parents took a ton of pictures of the snow. We lived in Camp Washington at the time and I saw that the snow was taller than my sister and I. I am sure it was hell for many people but would love to see something like that happen again in this lifetime. It would be great for my son and daughter to experience. That is as ...

I know this is way off topic, but the ball thing is driving us crazy!! We know that they are kids and I have no problem of that. I used to play all the time on my grandma's dead end street. The kids on our street constantly land balls in our yard. They also hit our cars, our windows, the porch, etc. I came out one day and found 3 scratches going ...

There is another house on the Westside in Cheviot. The owners are the Buchanon's who own the costume shop of the same name. It is always a sight to see with their massive display that really makes you say wow!! Between the scary figures in the yar &, boards on the windows to make it look condemed, it looks wicked!! The house is on Boudinot Ave.

I also grew up with guns in the home, due to having a cop as a father and so did my father. We were taught gun safety from as early on as I can remember! I would have never dreamt of taking it and killing someone because I was made fun of. My husband also had the same upbringing as myself due to his father being a cop. We have instilled this into ...

I agree that music has nothing to do with what is happening to our youth today. It is merely a scapegoat for deeper problems. I was different and made fun of all the time in school! Yes it made me upset but I wouldn't be the stong person I am today without that being a part of my life. I listen to Manson, Metallica, Rob Zombie, but I also listen to

The fact that this keeps happening all over the country is sad!! Clearly this woman cared about her job more than her own flesh and blood. It is scary how they handled this case and called it ''accidental'' Forgetting to pick up milk at the store is an accident. Forgetting you have you child with you? NOT! How does this keep happening and parents ...

I always judge how the flow of traffic is moving before I try to merge onto the highway. I judge to see if I am able to speed up or slow down to move into the flow of traffic. I thought the people around here drive crazy but after driving through Chicago we aren't as bad as I thought. What I think is dumb is the city adding ramp lights onto I-74 ...

Having more than a handful of police officers as family and friends, things like this worries me. I wrote a paper for my college class about this very thing. Officers and people that are here to serve and protect us from harm and fould play. Who protects them? Laws are put into place to protect not only us but the very officers who take and oath to

I saw on the news that another person had left their 7 mo. old baby in the car while she went in Target to get a perscription filled. Camera crews were there filming for another story and caught it on tape. The woman was running to her SUV when she realized what she had done. The police were already there at the scene due to some people that had ...

There is a house in Delhi on 896 Ivyhill Dr. (at the end of the cul-de-sac). Ivyhill is off of Foley Rd. on the stretch in between Anderson Ferry and Neeb Rd. Looks really cool at night all lit up. And from talking to them they aren't done with it yet. They said there is more to come!! I know last year on Halloween they had spooky music. This year ...
